Frequently Asked Questions
What to expect?
Each session is a collaborative and intentional space designed to help you move toward clarity, healing, and alignment. I aim to use our time efficiently and purposefully, always working to get to the root of what’s holding you back whether it’s emotional, physical, or energetic.
My intention is to help you feel better as quickly as possible. Healing doesn’t have to be a lifelong process. Just because you’ve felt stuck or lived a certain way for years or decades doesn’t mean change will take just as long. Transformation is possible and often, it happens faster than you think.
Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and will evolve over time depending on what is most present for you. You’re welcome to bring a topic, concern, or even just a feeling, and together we’ll explore what lies beneath. Through guided inquiry, I help bring the unconscious into conscious awareness so you can begin to shift long-standing patterns and embody meaningful change.
You’ll receive a personalized treatment plan that draws from all applicable offerings, including psychotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and energetic hygiene. A session may focus more on emotional processing one week, and on physical or energetic support the next, it all depends on where you are and what is needed in that moment.
Whether we’re addressing core beliefs, supporting your nervous system, or clearing energetic blocks, every session is grounded in the intention to support you to be rooted, empowered, and free.
