"Until you make the unconscious conscious,
it will direct your life
and you will call it fate"
- Carl Jung
Dr. Khanie Ha, EAMP, LSWAIC
My last name, 何 (Ha), means who, what, when, where, why, and how, questions that sit at the heart of my work. This practice is rooted in inquiry: creating space to slow down, listen deeply, and explore what is shaping your experience beneath the surface.
I work with people who feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about what they need next.
Through psychotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and holistic approaches, we explore both the emotional and physical dimensions of your experience, helping you understand what your body and inner world are communicating.
Our work focuses on awareness, integration, and meaningful change. Clients often come to me seeking clarity, relief, and a deeper sense of alignment and together we work toward greater freedom, balance, and self assurance.
