My last name, 何 (Ha), means who, what, when, where, why, and how, questions that sit at the heart of my work. This practice is rooted in inquiry: creating space to slow down, listen deeply, and explore what is shaping your experience beneath the surface.

Through psychotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and holistic approaches, we explore both the emotional and physical dimensions of your experience, helping you understand what your body and inner world are communicating.
